Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Clinique to maximize Clinique brand sales by engaging guests, understanding needs, and guiding purchases. You will deliver makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations while maintaining store standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires cosmetics artistry experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or demonstrator license as required by state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience is preferred.
• Strong sales, product knowledge, and guest-service orientation.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals; contribute to store targets.
• Greet guests, engage each guest, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving brand sales goals.
