Job summary

Resilience Behavioral Health in Walpole, MA is seeking a Clinician for full-time, onsite, day-shift work. You will provide individual and group therapy in a structured setting and deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, MA licensure or eligible, and 1–2 years of therapy experience, plus strong documentation and teamwork skills. Compensation includes PTO and health stipend.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT) or license-eligible status.
• 1–2 years of experience providing individual and group therapy in a structured treatment setting.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care.
• Excellent clinical documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
