Lifeline Community Services is hiring a Mental Health Therapist to support our growing team. You will be responsible for providing assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and case management to youth up to age 20, their families. Services are provided in schools, at Lifeline's clinic sites, and via Zoom. Our clinicians use a wide variety of counseling modalities and work in a culturally sensitive manner. The position is supervised by the Program Manager, and clinicians receive weekly group and individual supervision. Associate level clinicians gain hours towards licensure, and work Monday - Thursday with weekends off. This is a direct service role that will help our team support youth in reaching their goals!
We're looking for a candidate who is able to connect with youth and families using culturally sensitive and trauma informed practices. This role requires organizational skills, flexibility and teamwork, as the Therapist manages a complex schedule and works as part of the treatment team.
Salary will commensurate with experience and education. Differential pay offered for bilingual skills. EEO.
