Qualifications

• Active Virginia LMHP license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for ASAM 2.5 PHP and 3.1 programs.
• Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, licensing, and CARF standards.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
