Job description

CCTC is seeking a Clinician for the Outpatient department to complete intake assessments and provide individual and family psychotherapy to children ages 3-13 presenting with behavioral health issues.

Responsibilities

• Engaging children and families in the therapeutic process by providing one therapy session per week. These sessions can be individual, family therapy, or collateral sessions with parents/caregivers for each child assigned to caseload.
• Conducting and writing up intake assessments and following through with appropriate recommendations and/or referrals.
• Maintaining timely, accurate chart records and ensuring necessary documents and signatures are completed and maintained for each intake and ongoing case assignments.
• Developing and completing discharge plans with parents/caretakers for each discharged case.
• Participating in internal as well as external trainings, ensuring completion of CCTC mandatory trainings and trainings required for continued licensure.

Requirements

Master’s of Social Work or psychology related field.

Minimum of one-year experience providing psychotherapy to children and their families.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply.
