The Healing Place in Louisville, KY is seeking a Clinician Level 2 to provide direct clinical services with growing independence. You will manage a caseload, deliver evidence-based care, and participate in supervision to support licensure progression.

The role focuses on strengthening clinical judgment, conducting assessments, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining timely documentation in an EHR system while upholding compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active associate-level Kentucky licensure (CSW, LPCA, LCADCA, or equivalent).
• Experience in behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual counseling, group therapy, and clinical interventions.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Facilitate IOP and structured therapeutic groups.
• Respond to client needs and crises with appropriate intervention.
