Job summary

Qualifications

• Active FL LPN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy to geriatric patients in patients' homes.
• Implement and follow treatment plans established by supervising RN.
• Timely, accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment responses.
• Coordinate and communicate patient status with the supervising RN.
