Job summary

Penn Medicine Clinician provides health care services on a full-time or part-time basis in an owned or affiliated health care entity of Penn Medicine or The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Provides inpatient hospital services as required and fulfills all medico‑administrative duties associated with membership on each hospital medical staff of which clinician is a member.

May participate in a minimum of 50 hours per year of active and high‑quality teaching or equivalent service.

Qualifications

• M.D. required with current Pennsylvania license to practice medicine.
• DEA licensure required or eligible.
• 0-1 year of related clinical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services on a full-time or part-time basis in Penn Medicine or CHOP entities.
• Provide inpatient hospital services as required and fulfill medico-administrative duties on hospital medical staff.
• Participate in a minimum of 50 hours per year of teaching or equivalent service.
• Maintain license to practice medicine without restriction in Pennsylvania or affiliate locations.
