Job summary

Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care is seeking a Clinician to provide crisis services and collaborative therapy, helping clients identify goals, needs and resources for a better quality of life. Services are delivered in partnership with a multidisciplinary team, with flex between office and community settings.

Minimum qualifications include an MA/MS in human services and two years of relevant experience; ability to transport clients.

Qualifications

• MA/MS degree in human services and two years of relevant experience.
• Agency Affiliated Counselor registration within 2 weeks of hire.
• Must have the ability to transport clients.
• Experience in clinical work is a plus; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Orients and educates clients and their families; collaborates on recovery plans.
• Provides Crisis Management Services.
• Performs intakes with MHP credentials.
• Participates in QI activities and committees.
• Assists with billing requirements as needed.
• Engages clients in services in office and community settings.
