Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a full-time Clinician to provide in-home and community-based support to children and youth facing behavioral and psychological health challenges. The role requires strong collaboration with client families and treatment teams to ensure effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and will be actively pursuing or have Maine licensure, ensuring they can lead treatment efforts independently.

Overview

As a Clinician, you will provide in‑home and community based support to children and youth with behavioral and/or psychological health needs, some of whom may be at risk of removal from their homes. Through counseling, supervision, and parent skill training, you will work closely with client families in collaboration with the treatment team, delivering services in home and community settings. This role allows for a high degree of independence and leadership, as you will serve as the team leader for each client’s treatment team.

Salary: $64,000 (plus up to $10,000 in annual incentives)
