Qualifications

• Licensed for LMSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCSW.
• 1–5 years of experience depending on program.

Responsibilities

• Use evidence-based treatment modalities and assessment tools to complete comprehensive assessment and treatment plans for youth in care.
• Establish medical necessity for Core and CFTSS services.
• Provide skill-building (case management) services to meet Core requirements.
• Implement clinical treatment plans by facilitating trauma-informed individual and/or family counseling sessions and therapeutic groups.
• Provide CFTSS services according to treatment needs.
• Assist children/youth in developing skills as defined on treatment goals.
• Provide psychiatric supports to youth and families.
• Willingness to work in a Community Based position.
