Lucet is seeking a Clinician, Behavior Analyst to provide utilization management and care coordination for behavioral health services to Lucet members. This role supports ASD-related care and requires BCBA certification with state licensure as applicable.

The Clinician, Behavior Analyst staff will provide utilization management and care management for behavioral health and health care navigation for ASD services provided to Lucet eligible members.
Conduct assessments and engage members, families, and caregivers to identify needs, remove barriers to care, and connect them with appropriate healthcare and community resources.
Coordinate care and communication among members, providers, health plans, behavioral health teams, and community partners to support effective treatment and discharge planning.
Perform ABA utilization management activities, including benefit verification, medical necessity reviews, peer review coordination, and education regarding authorization, denial, and appeals processes.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, provide ongoing member and provider support, ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality, and participate in clinical staffing, professional development, and special projects.
