RH Community Builders seeks a Mental Health Clinician in Fresno, California, to provide clinical therapy and case management. This role includes developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing crisis intervention. Applicants should hold a Master's Degree and have experience with SMI.
Preferred qualifications include bilingual abilities in Spanish and a valid California driver's license. The position demands strong communication, clinical skills, and adherence to HIPAA standards.
The Mental Health Clinician will provide clinical therapy, assessment, treatment planning, rehabilitation services, collateral and case management services for participants who are difficult to engage and may deny the need for mental health and substance abuse services. As a critical member of the treatment team, the clinician will develop, evaluate, and implement treatment goals and plans. The Clinician will provide services in an individual and group setting.
