Job Summary: Our Project Recovery Program (PRP) provided intensive-outpatient services provided in partnership with the Naples Jail Center (NJC). This is a working Supervisor role managing both a small Team and a personal Client Caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting daily group therapy sessions with PRP Client Participants.
2. Timely documentation of therapy services utilizing DLC's EMR system and standards.
3. Conducting on-site clinical assessments of NJC inmates applying for admission to PRP.
4. Treatment plan reviews for program Participants to monitor and document progress.
5. Individual counseling sessions as clinically appropriate.
6. Updating Participants' external providers (legal or medical) with their progress.
7. Participant discharge notes and summaries (completion or discontinued treatment).
8. Referring to other DLC programs and services as needed.
9. Daily psychoeducational modules using evidence-based interventions consistent with an IOP level of care treatment program include but are not limited to:
1. The science of addiction and impact of substance use on the body and brain.
2. Developmental impact of substance use (i.e., childhood, adolescence, adulthood).
3. Triggers, Cravings and Relapse prevention techniques.
4. Coping skills and strategies for maintaining sobriety.
5. Problem resolution, anger control, and stress management.
6. Assertiveness and inter-personal communication skills.
7. Trauma and its relationship to substance use.
8. Healthy relationships and effective communication skills.
9. Introduction to Twelve Step and other Peer Support programs to help maintain sobriety.
10. Attending regularly scheduled meetings with the Collier County Jail team regarding Project Recovery and special requests.
11. Following Collier County Jail policies and procedures related to attendance, safety, and adherence to all procedural requirements and protocols of the jail.
12. Maintaining program contract requirements and meeting contract deliverables in a timely and effective manner to support and achieve program goals.
13. Participating in all program monitoring and audit activities to achieve exceptional performance ratings and leading the way to continuous quality improvement as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Master's Degree In Related Field From Accredited Institution = Required
2. Certified Addictions Counselor (CAC) = Strongly Preferred But Not Required
3. State of Florida Clinical License (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) = Required
4. Staff Supervisory Experience = Preferred But Not Required
5. Knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to the care and treatment of the substance use disorders and co-occurring individuals = Required
6. Flexibility and an ability to adapt to change based on unique nature of PRP = Required
7. Ability to relate to and communicate with a diverse group of clients, colleagues, agencies and community members = Required
8. Exceptional skills in organization (time and information), task prioritization and independent problem solving = Required
9. Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred
10. Staying compliant with all trainings and immunizations = Required
11. Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required
