Job summary

Prairie View Inc. seeks a licensed Outpatient Clinician to provide behavioral health services to adults and families in an outpatient setting in Kansas. You’ll conduct assessments, deliver individual, family, and group therapy, and develop treatment plans.

You will maintain accurate clinical documentation, collaborate with referral sources and interdisciplinary teams, and participate in supervision and quality improvement activities while meeting full-time caseload expectations.

Qualifications

  • Professional licensure in Kansas is required.
  • LSCSW, LMLP, Psy.D, Ph.D, LPCP or LCMFT preferred; LMSW/LMFT/LMLP must be pursuing independent licensure.
  • Must have good listening, verbal and written communication skills; able to coordinate services with agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient behavioral health services including assessments and individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with referral sources, care providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and quality improvement activities.
  • Maintain productivity to meet a full-time outpatient caseload.
