Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane is seeking a Supervisor I/II to lead multidisciplinary teams within the FPATH and FHARPS programs. You will provide supervision, training, and clinical oversight, ensuring services are delivered with trauma-informed, client-centered care across community settings.
Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a behavioral field, two years post-master’s experience, and an active DOH credential (LAAC/LMHCA/LICSW/LMFTA).

The Forensic PATH team works with individuals who have been involved with the forensic mental health system and assists them with identifying, locating and accessing resources within their community. This team works with persons in Region1 of Washington State (Spokane, Stevens, Ferry, Pend Oreille, Lincoln, and Adams counties). The Forensic Housing and Recovery through Peer Services (HARPS) Team uses the Permanent Supportive Housing and Housing First model to offer housing assistance to individuals who meet the definition of Trueblood Class Members. Participants are provided with meaningful choice and control of housing and support services. The team provides case management to participants with an emphasis on enhancing access to and retention in permanent supportive housing. Services include: Person‑driven housing explorationLandlord outreach and engagementEmployment servicesActivities of daily living servicesSocial and interpersonal relationships and leisure time Participants have access to short‑term housing bridge subsidies to reduce barriers and increase access to housing options. The team links participants to long term providers including mental health and substance use treatment providers, foundational community supports, and other providers as appropriate. The Supervisor is responsible for day‑to‑day operations and oversight of their assigned program, providing supervision, training, and consultation to assigned staff. Supervisors promote engagement with enrolledclients with the goal of helping participants to overcome barriers, maintain stability in the community, engage in outpatient or inpatient treatment services, and to obtain and maintain services and housing. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring Trueblood enrolled clients are provided with all resources and services as outlined in policy. The supervisor shall aid in forming community connections and partnerships while promoting the use of diversion resources to minimize the use of emergency departments and incarceration.
Demonstrated ability to train and supervise staff in clinical service delivery, case conceptualization. Knowledge of models of crisis intervention, community‑based intervention for children and/or adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Supervisor I - No Licensure: $36.57- $44.55 Supervisor II - Licensure: $39.45 - $48.06 All pay is based on longevity at Frontier Behavioral Health; thus, the starting pay is as follows: Supervisor I - No Licensure: $36.57 per hour Supervisor II - Licensure: $39.45 per hour
