Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Clinical Value Liaison in San Francisco to engage payer decision-makers and communicate the clinical and economic value of therapies. You will be a field-based scientific expert supporting HEOR, RWE, and value-based care.

The role requires oncology experience, 2+ years as a payor liaison, and the ability to translate complex data for formulary discussions. You will build relationships with medical directors and formulary committees to inform access

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent degree.
• 2+ years of industry experience as a Payor Medical Liaison.
• 3+ years of clinical or related practical experiences in oncology.
• Experience in Managed Care/PBM, HEOR activities, or strong knowledge of P&T committee processes.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen.
• Ability to quickly understand and translate complex scientific data and realize the potential impact of that data on clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Engage payer and healthcare decision-makers to communicate clinical and economic value of therapies.
• Serve as a trusted scientific partner for managed care organizations, IDNs, PBMs, and other decision-makers.
• Address evidence needs influencing patient access and formulary decisions.
• Deliver scientific presentations to formulary committees and key healthcare decision-makers.
• Gather payer insights regarding formulary considerations, evidence gaps, utilization management, and reimbursement barriers.
• Collaborate with Medical colleagues and Commercial teams to share Medical insights.
