Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Value Liaison in Dallas, TX to engage payer and healthcare decision-makers and communicate the clinical and economic value of our therapies. The CVL serves as a trusted scientific partner with managed care organizations, PBMs, and IDNs, facilitating compliant exchange on evidence, real-world data, health economics, and value-based care.

The role requires an MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent, 2+ years as a Payor Medical Liaison, and 3+ years oncology experience.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent degree required.
• 2+ years of industry experience as a Payor Medical Liaison.
• 3+ years of oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• The CVL engages payer decision-makers to communicate clinical and economic value of therapies.
• Serves as a trusted scientific partner for managed care orgs, PBMs, and IDNs.
• Facilitate compliant scientific exchange on evidence, RWE, HEOR, and value-based care.
• Generate insights informing Medical Affairs strategy and evidence needs.
• Plan and execute engagement strategies with assigned customers.
• Maintain relationships with payer medical directors and formulary committees.
