The role focuses on strategic, operational, and educational support to identify, evaluate, and execute supply opportunities that improve outcomes while controlling costs across the BJC system.

Qualifications

• Background in medical sales, healthcare operations or clinical role.
• Experience engaging physicians and clinicians.
• Ability to analyze utilization data and drive supplier opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and clinicians across HSOs.
• Lead engagement before/during/after Clinical Expert Council forums to quantify savings.
• Support cost-saving initiatives while ensuring clinical efficacy.
• Identify new savings opportunities by analyzing utilization patterns.
• Collaborate with leadership to introduce new products and educate teams.
