HealthTrust Workforce Solutions (HWS) has partnered with MaineHealth to provide travel nurse opportunities within MaineHealth’s network of facilities focused on compassionate, inclusive care for communities.

Assignments are 8, 10, or 13 weeks based on facility need, with responsibilities including direct patient care, monitoring patient status, and coordinating across care teams. HWS offers benefits and a pathway for ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
• Abide by code of conduct and compliance policies and expectations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

HWS seeks highly skilled healthcare professionals interested in placement with MaineHealth for an 8, 10, or 13 week assignment based on facility need.

What You’ll Do:
