Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical skills to obtain vitals and perform procedures (blood draws, EKG, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong understanding of site operations and drug development processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees conduct of the assigned site and trains staff/providers.
• Drives patient enrollment and recruitment strategies to meet targets.
• Coordinate with Directors of Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Manage site qualification, initiation, monitoring visits, and close-out activities.
• Ensure proper collection and handling of regulatory documents and source data.
