University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV)–Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine seeks a Clinical Trials Regulatory Coordinator to manage regulatory documents, submissions, and ongoing oversight for federally regulated studies. You will serve as the primary liaison among investigators, the IRB, sponsors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with GCP, FDA rules, and institutional standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of regulatory experience in clinical research;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of regulatory experience in clinical research.
• Experience with grants or clinical protocols is required.
• Familiarity with GCP and federal regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and maintain regulatory documents for clinical studies.
• Act as primary regulatory liaison between investigators, IRB, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, and institutional policies.
• Support study activation, maintenance, and close-out activities.
