Rochester Regional Health is offering an ACM Project Management Internship in the Study Management department. The onsite program located at 160 Elmgrove Park, Rochester, NY provides hands-on exposure to clinical trials project management and the opportunity to shadow senior staff.

You will support meetings, prepare minutes, develop internal presentations, perform data collection and analytics, and contribute to standardization and continuous improvement projects.

SUMMARY

As a Clinical Trials Project Management Intern you will gain exposure to the clinical trials industry and project management structure as it relates to managing clinical trials client studies. You will have opportunity to network/shadow and perform functional responsibilities in project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Student Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Must reside in Rochester, NY or commutable distance to site

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sedentary - Sedentary roles are primarily office-based and require prolonged sitting (67-100% of the workday) with minimal physical effort and lifting limited to under 10 lbs. Fine motor skills are necessary for computer work, writing, and telephone use, supported by clear visual and auditory ability. Cognitive and emotional demands are high due to extended concentration, frequent interruptions, independent decision-making, and information processing. Although physical exposure is low, administrative areas within healthcare environments may occasionally involve contact with infectious agents. Some roles may require flexible hours, TB screening, or a valid driver’s license.
