Job summary

ACM Global Laboratories, Inc. offers a Clinical Trials Project Management Internship onsite at 160 Elmgrove Park, Rochester, NY. This part-time program provides exposure to the clinical trials industry and the project management structure for client studies.

You will support meetings, prepare minutes, assist with data collection and analytics, and help standardize presentations and training while shadowing Study Managers, Portfolio Managers, and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Must reside in Rochester, NY or commutable distance to site.

Responsibilities

• Support intake of meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Support development and delivery of internal presentations.
• Complete data collection and data analytics.
• Contribute to standardization of presentations and training and continuous improvement projects.
• Participate in projects as assigned.
• Shadow across all areas of project management team including, Study Managers, Portfolio Managers and Leadership.
