Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with FDA regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and KUMC policies.
• Experience with study budgets, contracts and grant applications.
• Experience with regulatory affairs in clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Manage and serve as primary contact for assigned clinical trial activities.
• Develop and manage contractual and organizational expectations; nurture stakeholder relationships.
• Provide oversight and training to staff; mentor junior team members.
• Coordinate with sponsor, CRO, and ancillary departments; track progress and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with KUMC policies and regulatory requirements.
