Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with clinical research and study protocols preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification may be required within one month of hire.
• No specific work experience required; suitable for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assists investigators to meet project research objectives.
• Supports study start-up activities including IRB applications and amendments.
• Identifies, screens, and enrolls study subjects.
• Ensures protocol requirements are met, including participant contact and data collection.
• Prepares reportable event reports to sponsors and IRBs per protocol.
• Collaborates with sponsor research teams during monitoring activities.
• Performs other duties incidental to the role.
