Job summary

The Puerto Rico Consortium for Clinical Investigation (PRCCI) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support study startup, recruitment, data management, and regulatory compliance at the Innovation Center in San Juan, PR. You will liaise with investigators, sponsors, and clinical staff to ensure timely trial execution and protocol adherence.

The role requires strong English/Spanish communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in health-related field or three years in clinical trials.
• Experience as Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory submissions and site documentation.
• Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory submissions (IRB/IEC) and site initiation.
• Develop study documents (CRFs, SOPs, binders).
• Recruit and consent participants and maintain logs.
• Ensure NIH/FDA/ICH-GCP compliance.
• Schedule visits and manage data collection.
