Job summary

Elite Clinical Network seeks a highly organized Clinical Research Coordinator to support all aspects of clinical trials, including recruitment, data collection, regulatory compliance, and specimen handling.

The CRC will coordinate day-to-day activities, obtain informed consent, manage specimens, and perform basic clinical procedures while maintaining meticulous documentation in CRFs and EDC systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
• Phlebotomy experience and certification.
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and REDCap/EDC systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical research activities per study protocols.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants.
• Obtain informed consent and ensure ethical conduct.
• Handle specimens per protocol (blood/urine).
• Perform basic procedures (vital signs, EKGs) as certified.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRFs and EDC databases.
• Communicate with sponsors, monitors, and IRBs regarding study progress.
• Schedule participant visits and ensure visit windows are met.
• Maintain regulatory documents and assist IRB submissions.
