Job summary

Innovo Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to review, process, and manage clinical research data and patient records, following protocol, SOPs, and GCP guidelines. You will perform diverse clinical procedures, assist with daily planning, and contribute to data quality and study progress.

The role involves coordinating visits, obtaining informed consent, managing regulatory documents, and ensuring safety reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1-2 years of clinical research experience.
• Experience in a clinical environment or medical setting (e.g., medical assistant, nurse, lab tech).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of medical terminology.
• Working knowledge of clinical trials.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and FDA regulations.
• Familiarity with study protocols and schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain quality control standards.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical research support to investigators for preparing and executing studies.
• Collect, record, and maintain study data per protocols and SOPs.
• Submit regulatory/ethics documentation to FDA and other bodies.
• Recruit and screen participants and maintain screening logs.
• Assist in informed consent and participant orientation.
• Maintain source documentation per protocol requirements.
• Schedule visits and perform study procedures.
• Handle lab testing and shipping logistics.
• Monitor subject safety and report adverse events.
• Coordinate with subjects and resolve questions or issues.
• Assist with training for site staff on study topics.
• Prepare for monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
