Southeastern Medical Oncology Center in Florida is seeking a full-time Clinical Trials Coordinator to work directly with physicians and the data management team to ensure high-quality patient care. The role requires certification and strong communication with MD/PA/FNP, staff, and leadership.

This in-person position offers a competitive benefits package and a consistent Mon-Fri schedule. You will manage trial data submissions, report timely results, and assist with active patient protocol needs

Qualifications

• Certification is required for this position.
• Must include certification documentation on resume or list certifying organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical trials with data management to ensure quality patient care.
• Report accurate trial data in a timely manner.
• Submit Active Patient data and respond to Queries.
• Assist with Active Patient Protocol Needs.
• Assess patient adverse events.
• Answer treatment-related questions.
• Order labs, tests and schedule return appointments for active patients.
• Communicate effectively with peers, staff, physicians and leadership; provide timely information to MD/PA/FNP.
