Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant medical, science, or business experience.

Responsibilities

• Review research and clinical trial protocols and develop internal budgets.
• Negotiate the budget with sponsors and provide cost justifications as needed.
• Review the informed consent form for compliance with the budget and contract.
• Review the clinical trial contract for routine changes.
• Consistently maintain general knowledge of protocols and manage amendments of budgets and contracts.
• Review legal language with the attorney and facilitate execution of Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements.
• Facilitate the legal review, execution, and billing processes of Cell Line License Agreements and Material Transfer Agreements.
• Manage Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) for investigators and staff.
• Maintain communication with Research Finance, Sponsored Programs Office, and Patient Billing Systems to ensure accurate costing data.
• Construct and review the coverage analysis, treatment tabs, calendars, and the financial parameters in Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
• All other duties as assigned
