Tribe Clinical Research in Greenville, SC is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to support Coordinators and Principal Investigators in Phase II–IV trials. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, medical record review, scheduling, and patient relations in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The ideal candidate will hold CMA certification or be willing to complete it, possess knowledge of clinical research terminology, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Must have CMA certification or willingness to complete.
• Familiarity with clinical research terminology and processes.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Experience with data management and informatics.
• Adhere to ethical research standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Obtain various samples as necessary.
• Detailed record keeping, data entry, and verification.
• Medical record review and abstraction.
• Protocol compliance and documentation.
• Patient relations and participant communication.
• Sponsor relations/communication and follow-ups.
