Job summary

Paycom seeks a study start-up manager to lead end-to-end clinical trial start-up activities across the research network, from feasibility to SIV and site activation. You will coordinate business development, feasibility, finance, regulatory, and site operations to keep studies progressing on schedule.

You will maintain visibility into the start-up pipeline, drive cross-functional teams, address bottlenecks, and ensure readiness for activation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical research experience.
• 5+ years of clinical research experience in start-up or multi-site networks.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and IRB processes.
• Experience with feasibility assessments, site qualification, and SIV preparation.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end start-up processes from feasibility to site activation.
• Coordinate business development, feasibility, finance, regulatory, and site operations.
• Maintain visibility into timelines, milestones, and risks across the network.
• Drive cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure activation readiness.
• Manage regulatory submissions, contracts, and vendor activities as needed.
• Support site readiness, investigator staffing, equipment, and operational needs.
• Develop and monitor start-up KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
