Job summary

ICON in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a part-time Clinical Trial Recruitment Representative to join our onsite team. You will be the first point of contact for potential participants, conducting phone screens, explaining study requirements, and helping determine initial eligibility for clinical research studies.

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, healthcare administration, scheduling, patient registration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Clinical Trial Recruitment Representative (Part-Time)

Location: Lenexa, KS (Onsite)
Schedule: 15-20 hours per week | Flexible weekday scheduling between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a member of our recruitment team, you will be the first point of contact for potential clinical trial participants. Your primary responsibility will be speaking with volunteers by phone, reviewing study requirements, and helping determine initial eligibility for clinical research studies.

What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.

Preferred qualifications include:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, healthcare administration, scheduling, patient registration, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Medical scheduling or appointment coordination

Schedule Information

This position works onsite at our Lenexa, Kansas facility.

We are seeking candidates available for:

• 15-20 hours per week
