Job summary

Green Life Science is seeking motivated Patient Recruitment Specialists to support clinical research studies across multiple US locations, including Covina, CA and Philadelphia, PA. You will identify, engage, and screen participants while upholding patient care, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, healthcare, or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, GCP, IRB processes, FDA regulations, or HIPAA is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and engage eligible participants for clinical research studies.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls and initial eligibility screenings.
• Collect and accurately record participant information in relevant databases.
• Follow up with prospective participants and confirm appointments.
• Support recruitment campaigns, community outreach events, and screening activities.
• Work closely with clinical research teams to achieve enrolment targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable research regulations and privacy requirements.
