Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn new techniques, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform primary and secondary packaging operations in a GMP environment following approved packaging batch records and cGMPs.
• Complete GMP documentation to ensure records of equipment use and packaging activities.
• Adhere to SOPs, cGMPs and safety requirements for handling and movement of clinical trial materials.
• Use EMD365 to scan material and perform packaging tasks.
• Support daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance, inspection and cleaning of rooms and equipment in GMP packaging areas.
• Follow production schedules and timelines.
• Assist in resolving common equipment/process failures.
• Attend meetings for business updates.
• Utilize AI platforms in job responsibilities where applicable.
