Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Clinical Project Specialist to provide administrative and project management support for clinical studies. You will work closely with study teams to ensure compliant, timely study execution and effective document management.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency with clinical trial systems, enabling proactive issue escalation and collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with relevant training and experience may be considered.
• 2+ years in pharma/biotech/CRO/clinical research environment preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple studies and study trackers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and project management support for assigned clinical studies.
• Supports day-to-day operations in compliance with SOPs and ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Assists with document collection, tracking, and reconciliation of study materials.
