CTM seeks a skilled Clinical Trial Manager to support local trial teams, ensuring patient safety, data integrity, and adherence to GCP across studies. You will lead cross-functional groups, coordinate sites and CRAs, and manage timelines and budgets.

Traveling domestically 10–20%, you will drive process improvements and collaborate with investigators, site staff, and internal stakeholders to uphold regulatory standards.

Formación

• Experience managing clinical trials within a complex regulatory environment.
• Experience with global trials and cross-functional teams.
• Dermatology/inflammation trials experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple studies and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Support and coordinate the local clinical trial team.
• Oversee trial preparation, execution, and closeout activities.
• Collaborate with CRAs, investigators, and site staff.
• Monitor recruitment, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Travel domestically 10–20%.
