Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Science related field required.
• Master's Degree in Science related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant clinical research experience required.
• 1–3 years experience as a CRA or in a clinical operations coordinating role required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational activities for a study or group of studies at a regional level.
• Oversee the monitoring team and deliverables (monitoring plan, site visit reports).
• Ensure clinical trial timelines are met and communicated to the Project Leader/Global Clinical Project Manager.
• Oversee site management and monitoring activities.
• Develop and review key study plans (MOP, CMP, SOPs, etc.) and templates.
• Maintain study site document currency and ethics approvals as applicable.
• Provide forecast projections and manage CRA workload and timelines.
