Allucent is seeking a Clinical Trial Leader (CTL) to provide leadership and oversight to CRAs and clinical teams across global regions. You will coordinate trial activities, monitor budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with high-quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in clinical research with CTL experience, a strong oncology background, and familiarity with CRO environments. Remote/hybrid work options are available depending on location.

Qualifications

• A degree in life sciences or nursing qualification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical research with at least 2 years as CTL or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH GCP and clinical trial processes.
• Strong oncology therapeutic background and CRO industry exposure.

We are looking for a Clinical Trial Leader (CTL) to join our A-team (office-based*/remote). As a CTL at Allucent, you are providing leadership, management and oversight to the Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and other clinical functional groups, in their day-to-day clinical trial activities on a global, multi-country, or regional basis.The CTLis responsible forcoordinating and managing the planning, implementation, tracking, and ensuring the clinical deliverables as per the trial contract, budget, timelinesand withquality.

Responsibilities

As an expert in Clinical Trial Leadership, you are:

• Coordinating and managing CRA activities across all geographies, liaising with sponsor and Project Managerand other functional leadsto ensureclinical monitoringdeliverables (timeline, budget, quality, productivity) are met.
• Liaising closely with the Project Manager (PM) and other department leaders if /whennecessary,on all trial-related issues and service delivery.
• Supporting the management team with training, process improvements, co-monitoring visits,mentoring ofstaffand /or any other special assignments within Global Clinical Operations.

To be successful you will possess:

• A degree in life sciences or nursing qualification preferred, but notrequired.
• A minimum of5years ofclinical research experience with at least2-years’CTLor other relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge ofICH GCP,clinicaltrialsand the critical elements for success in clinical trials
• Strong therapeutic background in oncology
• Possesses experience and knowledge in the CRO industry that will supportAllucent’smanagement of clinical trials

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including professional command of English language to communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
