Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Clinical Training Partner to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of clinical training initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with clinical leaders, HR, and Compliance to assess development needs, implement effective training programs, and ensure staff are equipped to deliver high-quality behavioral health care. This role offers opportunities to influence training strategy and advance organizational clinical quality.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health or a closely related field is required.
  • Experience in training, staff development, or education.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design.

Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs in partnership with clinical, operational, and executive leaders.
  • Design and deliver clinical training programs using adult learning best practices.
  • Update and maintain training materials and educational content.
