Job summary

Accordance Search Group is seeking a nurse with ICU/ED experience to join a Fortune 500 medical device company as a regional trainer. The role involves traveling to hospitals in the MD, DC, VA, and NC area to train nursing staff and promote product utilization.

Strong communication and training skills are essential, with 1–3 nights of travel per week. Base salary plus bonus is around $120k, with additional benefits including 401k matching and a company car.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3-5 years RN experience in ICU, PACU, med-surg, or ED desired
• Ability to travel 1-3 nights a week
• Exceptional communication skills required
