Job description

Ria Health, the next-generation telemedicine solution in the effective treatment of alcohol addiction is seeking a Remote Clinical Training and Process Manager. The manager will work closely with the Sr Director of Clinical Practice to track, monitor, measure and optimize processes within the Ria Clinic. The manager will also be responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling and executing new team member training as well as ongoing monitoring of required training.

Ria Health delivers a Joint Commission accredited behavioral health that leverages evidence-based pharmacotherapy, targeted protocols, and a technology platform to help members achieve lasting improvements while changing their relationship with alcohol. Ria’s published outcomes data set the standard for effectiveness in alcohol use disorder. The Ria program is delivered through telehealth and partners with Remote Clinical and Coaching Team Members to provide clinical expertise and manage care and outcomes for Ria Health members.

WORK AS A RIA HEALTH CLINICAL TRAINING AND PROCESS MANAGER

The Clinical Training and Process Manager has a background in both technology and the medical support space. This candidate takes pride in their work and professionalism, ensuring they are communicating in both an efficient yet compassionate way with Ria Health providers and other Ria Health team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clinical Training

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new clinical staff and ongoing education for existing staff, including onboarding, skill development, and compliance training that aligns with company best practices and the company’s accreditation requirements.
  • Track and report on staff competency and training completion, providing insights for performance management and development planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback and making adjustments to improve program outcomes and staff competency.
  • Develop learning materials and resources in collaboration with cross functional teams.
  • Conduct training sessions for clinical team members.
  • Document end-to-end clinical workflows that support scalable patient care delivery.
  • Develop and monitor quality assurance metrics to assess the effectiveness of training and monitor adherence to clinical protocols.

Process Development and Optimization

  • Assess and analyze current clinical processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage provider schedules including requested changes within all applicable system and keeping Ops Tracking document as the source of truth for provider time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement standardized workflows and best practices across clinical operations.
  • Manage the provider clinic schedule day to day including monitoring provider availability, working with the Clinic Manager to solve in the moment issues and challenges.
  • Manage the patient wait-list when necessary to schedule patient appointments as soon as possible.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements at all times.
  • Use data insights to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement within clinical training and operational processes.
  • Acknowledge that work may involve working with Protected Healthcare Information and agree to abide by all company policies and procedures for keeping that information secure and private.
  • Efficiently execute daily administrative responsibilities as delegated, while remaining readily accessible to support teammates during intervals between patient appointments.
  • Agree to work within the policies and procedures of Ria Health, including the Information Security, Acceptable Use, Remote Work/Teleworking, and the Monitoring and Recording policies. Violation of company policies may be grounds for discipline, up to and including termination.

Goals:

  • Establish trust with Ria Health Members by actively listening and providing truly helpful information at a manageable pace.
  • Offer high-level support to the Clinical team as well as other departments as needed.
  • Represent Ria Health’s dedication to both healthcare and technology advancement by offering a background/knowledge of career experience in both the tech space and medical support area.

Requirements: Education and Experience

  • Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with the Ria Health Team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equally relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years experience with leading process change.
  • Familiarity with addiction treatment programs from community meetings to rehab is preferred.
  • Polished and professional in presentation and communication.
  • Active listener, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with various computer applications, tech savvy required.
  • Flexible, naturally curious in the discovery of solutions to current company challenges, interest in tech/healthcare industry.
