Job summary

Removery is seeking a Clinical Trainer (Lead Level) to develop and deliver clinical training for Laser Associates. You will create engaging materials, monitor results, and collaborate with leadership to align learning strategies with business goals.

The role requires RN licensure in TX, ADN/BSN, and 3–5 years of clinical practice, with strong presentation and facilitation skills. Travel up to 20% may be required. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered, valid RN license in TX.
• Associate's Degree (ADN) or BSN from an accredited program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• 3 to 5 years of active clinical practice.
• Prior teaching, facilitation, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person (classroom) and virtual training programs.
• Ensure training content evolves with updates in operations and clinical standards.
• Build and maintain a library of learning resources for new and tenured staff.
• Motivate and educate staff on Removery culture and safe, effective treatments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate learning strategies and materials.
• Present information using diverse formats (role play, simulations, lectures).
• Create assessments and tests to gauge trainee readiness.
• Evaluate trainee capability to treat per Removery standards.
• Identify skill gaps and provide hands-on coaching to close them.
• Adjust training to audience learning styles and provide follow-up support.
• Monitor training effectiveness and refine delivery based on results.

Position Overview:

TheClinicalTrainer is aLeadLevel position that reports to theSenior Manager of Field Team Enablement and plays a pivotal role in theonboardingprocessand developmentofour Laser Associates. Their focus will be on the creation and delivery ofclinicalmaterials that provide effective, engaging, and results-driven training.They must have excellent presentation skills and the ability to motivate, teach, and inspire staff.They will monitor participants' results and use to improve or enhance training and provide additional development programs.Collaboration with the stakeholders and business line leaders in the formulation of learning strategies, programs, and the associated learning materials, multimedia, and job aids may berequired.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Facilitationofin-person (classroom) and virtual training programs.
• Ensuring that training content continues to evolve based on updates in businessoperations,clinical bestpracticesandstandards of care.
• Building and contributing to a library of learning resources for new and tenured team members.
• Motivating and educating team members on Removery culture, a meaningful client experience, and the technical skill sets that allows team members to conduct safe, effective, andoptimaltreatments.
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in the formulation of learning strategies,programand learning materials.
• Skilled in presenting information using a variety of techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
• Creating assessment measures, including knowledge checks, course evaluations and tests that gauge a new team members’ readiness to treat clients.
• Evaluating and certifying a trainee’s capability to treat in accordance withRemovery’s clinicalbest practices and standards of care.
• Identifyingindividual trainees' skill and knowledge gaps during training and providing hands-on coaching to close them.
• Keen ability to adjust training based on audience learning style and opportunities.
• Providing structured training support and follow up to field organization for both newly hired associates and established staff.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of individual training sessions and materials, and refining delivery based on trainee results.

Required Qualification:

Education & Licensure

• Active,unencumbered, validRN licensein the state of TX
• Associate'sDegree(ADN) orBachelorof Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
• current BLS/CPR certification
• 3 to 5 years of active clinical practice
• prior teaching, facilitation, or supervisory experience preferred

Preferred Qualification:

Licensure

• Multi-state / Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license preferred

Experience

• Experience in laser tattoo removal, med spa, or related aesthetic services preferred;Zenotiexperience a plus

Training & Facilitation Skills

• Proven ability to design, deliver, and manage training programs, including new hire onboarding and ongoing performance development
• Knowledgeable of adult learning methodologies and skilled in delivering constructive feedback
• Passion for teaching and continuous learning

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills

• Track recordof motivating and developing teams to achieve performance goals
• Consistent professionalism and positive attitude, with the ability to embrace and navigate change

Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel 10% – 20%asrequiredfor clinical training delivery
