Job Summary

Santa Fe Recovery Center is looking for a full‑time Clinical Therapist in a supportive, non‑profit, behavioral health setting. The role is onsite and involves assessments, individual and group therapy, case management, and collaboration with families and other healthcare professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments using SFRC’s biopsychosocial (BPS) risk assessment and other tools to determine ASAM criteria
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence‑based practices in SUD treatment, psycho‑education, CBT, motivational interviewing, and other modalities
• Coordinate referral services with the Case Manager and external agencies
• Participate in ongoing training for evidence‑based practices and maintain fidelity

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree)
• Experience in case management, family therapy, or related areas
• Knowledge of evidence‑based therapeutic modalities for substance use and mental health disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current licensure or eligibility in New Mexico (LSAA, LADAC, LMCH, LMSW, LPCC, LCSW)
• Experience with co‑occurring disorders is a plus
• Computer literate for compliance with BHSD Standards and client assessment systems
• Valid New Mexico driver’s license with clean driving record and auto insurance
