Job summary

Volunteers of America Mid-States is seeking a Clinical Therapist for Freedom House in Manchester, KY. You will provide direct treatment services within an Addiction Recovery Services program, delivering individual and group therapy and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Licensure or license-eligible (LCSW, CSW, LPCC, MFT, LPCA).
  • Experience or interest in addiction recovery preferred.

  • Provide individual and group therapy for individuals in addiction recovery.
  • Facilitate evidence-based groups (relapse prevention, trauma-informed care, etc.).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care.
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and treatment planning.
  • Support clients through early recovery and high-risk transitions.

Education

Volunteers of America Mid‑States (VOA) is a non‑profit organization spanning four states that creates positive change in the lives of individuals and communities through a ministry of service.
