Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Active Michigan clinical licensure (LPC, LMSW, LLP, LP preferred; LLC, LLMSW acceptable).
• Ability to work in outpatient and multidisciplinary team settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform telehealth and in-person therapy (individual, family, and/or group) in outpatient settings.
• Maintain up-to-date EMR and care coordination as part of daily duties.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans; complete discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, and professional standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff; participate in team meetings.
