SAFY of America, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama, seeks a full-time Clinical Therapist to support TFC and IIHS programs. The role delivers diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and individual, family, and group therapy, with crisis intervention and coordinated care.

The candidate holds a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field; LMSW/LCSW preferred; a valid driver’s license is required. Salary ranges from $48,000 to $70,000 with a robust benefits package and bonus

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or other license-eligible related field.
• Two years of experience in mental health/therapeutic intervention with children, adolescents, and families.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and auto insurance; may require transporting youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of moderately complex clinical services with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Administer, score, and interpret moderate level psychometric assessment instruments.
• Develop/maintain consultative relationships with schools and human services to coordinate care.
• Complete assessments as required by state rules, agency policies, and contract requirements.
• Prepare all required clinical documentation within established time frames.
• Provide individual, group and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety and behavioral management plans.

Skills

Two years of experience in mental健康/TH

Driver’s license

LMSW or LCSW preferred
