Job summary

Relief Mental Health is expanding its multidisciplinary clinical team and seeks dedicated clinical therapists (LCSWs and LPCs) to join our private practice–style model with a supportive group behind you. You will provide individual therapy, conduct diagnostic assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans for adolescents and adults, delivering care in person and via secure telehealth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling or Social Work.
• Active Clinical Mental Health License (LCSW or LPC) in adherence with state board requirements.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities and treatment plan formulation.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional diagnostic intake assessments to evaluate mental health and behavioral conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to fit the needs of each patient.
• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions in-person and via secure telehealth.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and outside providers.
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
