Family Care Center was founded in 2016 by two U.S. Army Veterans to provide behavioral health care to service members, veterans, and their families. With nearly 30 outpatient clinics across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Tennessee, and Texas, we continue to care for people of all ages and conditions.
Act as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician, offering counseling and mental health services that include assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders. Therapists work to meet patients’ social needs, coordinate referrals to internal or external specialists, and when necessary, facilitate hospitalization or advanced psychiatric evaluations.
$81,200 – $119,000+ (based on experience and patient care). The base salary is determined by years of experience and includes bi‑weekly premium pay, with additional earnings for hours above target. Eligible for specialty services outcomes bonuses (TMS & IOP).
